Due to the digital nature of the products, no refunds are offered. When you purchase an item, you are agreeing to these terms. 

Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase. We are unable to change the price if it is not entered during the purchase. 

Digital Downloads and EU Right of Withdrawal
Our products are digital downloads. By purchasing, you agree to receive immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, once access to the download begins, you lose your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Because of this, digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed, except where required by law.
